Event Marketing Associate

Location: Boston, MA

Level Ex’s fast-growing game studio is transforming the way physicians hone and refine their skills in our industry-leading mobile, AR, and VR titles.

Our games are built on state-of-the-art graphics and physics tech, and use game mechanics to capture the thrill and challenge of being a physician. These games increase in difficulty as the player progresses, and are carefully crafted through level design, compulsion loops, and refined gameplay balance. Backed with a mature art pipeline and latest-gen engine tech, we’re able to recreate a variety of medical challenges with spectacular realism.

Our team unites award-winning game designers, developers, and artists with industry-leading physicians, all passionate about using game design to empower doctors across the world to improve their skills and better treat their patients.

We’re currently looking for a Marketing Associate to join our expanding team. This person will support the coordination of all domestic and international event and trade show management, as well as, other public relations and marketing efforts at Level Ex. They will report to a marketing manager.


What You’ll Be Doing With Us

  • Provide support for all event planning and execution. This will include exhibit design and strategy, exhibit construction and implementation and on-site supervision  

  • Manage the company’s event calendar creating detailed timelines for each event to ensure proper event preparation

  • Travel to 15-20 events per year to represent the company

  • Assist with event-related client communication in order to execute client events seamlessly

  • Communicate with event organizers and vendors

  • Assist with the development and production of event marketing collateral

  • Identify award and event opportunities to help the company gain appropriate exposure

  • Communicate with PR agency on the coordination of new opportunities


Who We Want to Interview

  • 2+ years of event management experience

  • Experience with communication to clients and vendors

  • Ability to travel frequently (this person will travel 25-50% of the time with both domestic and international travel)

  • Excellent written communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
