Marketing Coordinator (Freelance)

Our applications are designed to advance physicians visual and cognitive decision-making skills by performing high-risk procedures, diagnosing and treating diseases, and exploring the latest medical devices on life-like virtual patients. Our team unites award-winning game developers and 3D artists with top medical experts and digital health executives, all passionate about using video games as a new modality to train physicians around the world to ultimately improve patient outcomes.  


What You’ll Be Doing With Us

  • Perform a range of work supporting our marketing team to execute a variety of marketing projects

  • Assist in the develop of content for social media by helping to brainstorm creative ideas and writing copy for social media posts

  • Manage Level Ex’s event and award calendar and assist in the planning and coordinating of logistics

  • Research new industry conferences and awards to expand Level Ex’s event and award strategy

  • Pull data from our SaaS mobile marketing analytics tool while manipulating large data sets in Excel and Google sheets

  • Create reports and maintain dashboards for internal cross-functional teams

  • Analyze and identify trends and anomalies in the data

  • Provide copy editing support


Who We Want to Interview

  • Have or in the process of completing a marketing or communications degree

  • Experience with social media and excellent writing skills

  • Strong analytical ability and outstanding attention to detail

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Self-motivated personality


Bonus Points Awarded For

  • Experience and interest in the healthcare/medical industry or mobile applications industry

  • Basic design skills (familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign)

  • Basic Excel functions (experience with pivot tables a huge plus)
