We’re looking for a talented, driven Producer/Project Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing With Us:
Working closely with our growing list of top pharmaceutical, medical device, and association partners to create customized applications in our suite of mobile apps, AR and VR experiences
Managing all aspects of development and contract execution, including; scope of work, project timelines and planning, invoicing, and various client partner-facing responsibilities
Collaborating, creating, presenting and updating PowerPoint and/or Google Slides presentations outline project goals and client partner feedback to share internally
Serving as the company’s representative/liaison in client partner meetings, online presentations and conference calls
Working with dedicated teams of engineers, designers, artists and medical researchers throughout project lifecycles managing risks, driving solutions, tracking deliverables and communicating status
Utilizing project management tools like Atlassian’s JIRA, Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite software for translating project timelines into backlogs, sprints, and day-to-day project tracking
Working closely with the CEO, CMO, executive producer, and others on various company objectives and project goals
Working with the sales team to collaborate on objectives, figuring out timelines, helping close deals, and transitioning projects from sales to development and client partner management
Enjoying fast-paced, start-up environments and being a key contributor to successfully launching new projects, managing the details, and shipping fun, engaging custom software experiences that help those on the medical front lines.
Who We Want To Meet:
4+ years experience as a Producer/Project Manager leading projects and working directly with game publishers and/or licensors
Shipped at least one title on mobile, PC, console or Facebook platforms
Strong publisher relations experience: driving meeting agendas, communicating articulately and accurately, presenting timelines and project plans, along with problem-solving solutions internally and with various stakeholders
Day-to-day experience managing expectations and adhering to project scope/timelines between teams and external stakeholders to meet timelines
Solid experience of game industry software tools and production processes/best practices (game design, prototyping, project management and QA)
Strong working experience in software development methodologies, including SCRUM/agile, waterfall, and in-between
Highly detail-oriented mindset, along with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal (presentations, meetings, one-on-one) and written (documents, email) communication skills
Good listener who can translate various feedback into next steps
BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent experience
Bonus Points For:
Strong experience in JIRA, especially customization and data importing/exporting
Engineering or game design experience in addition to project management/production
Experience related to the medical industry, especially if client-facing
