Our Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ yrs experience as a account/project manager in the healthcare industry including leading projects through medical/legal/regulatory review within a company or with clients

  • Strong client relations experience: leading meetings, presenting timelines and project plans, and problem-solving with clients

  • Experience managing expectations and adhering to project scope/timelines between Level Ex teams and clients to meet project goals

  • Previous success managing tight deadlines and high volume edits for creative projects and/or marketing programs

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those technologies successfully to clients

  • Experience managing projects that involve content creation and editing: video, still images, 3D animation, etc.

  • Previous experience utilizing and managing project management software with cross-functional teams

  • Enjoys fast-paced, start-up environments and being the engine that successfully gets projects off the ground


What You'll Be Doing With Us

  • Working closely with our growing list of top pharmaceutical, medical device, and association partners to execute their sponsorship programs in our suite of mobile apps and virtual reality experience

  • Managing all aspects of contract execution including scope of work, invoicing, and client management responsibilities

  • Working with our development team to help translate scope of work into timelines and high level tasks

  • Utilize project management tools (e.g. JIRA) for project and time/labor tracking and develop/manage flowcharts to communicate project timelines.

  • Working with sales team to transition recently closed deals from sales to account services team

  • Executing contractual scope of work and change orders with internal teams and clients

  • Preparing timelines and all relevant documentation for project execution to internal and client teams

  • Working with our team to provide clients with all creative assets and legal content for approvals

  • Serve as the company’s representative/liaison in client meetings

  • Producing data reports and timesheet reports both internally and for the client
