VP/Director, Marketing (B2B)

Our applications are designed to advance physicians visual and cognitive decision-making skills by performing high-risk procedures, diagnosing and treating diseases, and exploring the latest medical devices on life-like virtual patients. Our team unites award-winning game developers and 3D artists with top medical experts and digital health executives, all passionate about using video games to keep doctors across the world performing at the top of their game.
Our team is looking for a seasoned marketing executive to support our growing sales force, own lead generation tactics, and promote our brand and product offerings targeting the life sciences, medical device, and hospital markets.
Our Ideal Candidate:
A jack-of-all-trades B2B marketing maven who has no problem rolling up their sleeves to get projects done from creative development and data analytics to sales planning and marketing operations. Someone with a proven track record partnering with internal sales team(s) to deliver outstanding marketing support to meet or exceed sales targets.
7+ years of client-side marketing experience targeting B2B audiences to unlock commercial opportunities (at least 2 years in a startup environment and/or healthcare company preferred). Here’s what you’ll be doing for us with the expectation you’ve done this in the past with success:
Create and manage marketing plans and related tactics that support the success of Level Ex’s sales team(s) and promote the Level Ex corporate brand to the life sciences, medical device, and hospital markets.
Primary liaison interfacing with sales reps to handle incoming marketing and data requests
Designing all sales collateral, training reps on messaging/data, and measuring its effectiveness in the field
Ability to wear copywriter hat to develop custom presentations and messaging under tight timelines
Planning ad campaigns to promote brand to industry to drive direct leads and product awareness
Comfortable working across a number of channels: digital, mobile, social, PR, partnerships, and events
Experience developing B2B partnerships and relationships with professional associations
Own trade show exhibit/event marketing plans
Highly creative and thinks out-of-the-box on finding new ways to reach and engage an audience
