Client Producer/Project Manager

These games increase dramatically in difficulty as the player progresses, and are carefully crafted with professional level design, compulsion loops, flow channels, and deliberate gameplay balance. We’re looking for a talented, driven Client Producer/Project Manager to join our team.
What You’ll Be Doing With Us
Working closely with our growing list of top pharmaceutical, medical device, and association partners to create customized applications in our suite of mobile apps, as well as AR and VR experiences
Working with the sales team to collaborate on objectives, figuring out timelines, helping close deals, and transitioning projects from sales to development and client partner management
Collaborating, creating, presenting and updating PowerPoint and/or Google Slides presentations outline project goals and client partner feedback to share internally
Serving as the company’s representative/liaison in client partner meetings, online presentations and conference calls
Working with dedicated teams of engineers, designers, artists and medical researchers throughout project life cycles managing risks, driving solutions, tracking deliverables and communicating status
Utilizing project management tools like Atlassian’s JIRA, Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite software for translating project timelines into backlogs, sprints, and day-to-day project tracking
Working closely with the CEO, CMO, Business Development, Executive Producer, Producer and others on various company objectives and project goals
Contributing in a fast-paced environment to create engaging, medically compelling software experiences tailored for health care providers, and the organizations who support them.
Who We Want To Meet
4+ years experience as a Producer/Project Manager leading projects and working directly with game publishers and/or licensors
Strong publisher relations experience: driving meeting agendas, communicating articulately and accurately, presenting timelines and project plans, along with problem-solving solutions internally and with various stakeholders
Solid experience in JIRA, including customization and data importing/exporting
Released at least one start-to-finish project on web, mobile, PC, console or Facebook platforms
Excellent verbal (presentations, meetings, one-on-one) and written (documents, email) communication skills
Day-to-day experience managing expectations and adhering to project scope/timelines between teams and external stakeholders to meet timelines
Solid experience of game industry software tools and production processes/best practices (Game Design, Prototyping, Project Management and QA)
Working experience with Agile software development (Scrum) methodologies
Highly detail-oriented mindset, along with strong organizational and time management skills
BA/BS degree in related field or equivalent experience
Bonus Points For
Engineering or game design experience in addition to project management/production
Experience related to the medical industry, especially if client-facing
Experience using Confluence for sharing and communicating goals
Experience working in Kanban using iterative software development methodologies
