JR. EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (Boston)

Level Ex is looking for an extraordinary, long-term Junior Executive Assistant to join our team in Boston.
Our Ideal Candidate Has:
2+ years experience as an administrative or executive assistant, supporting C-level executives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including polished, professional email correspondences
Ability to effectively summarize issues for C-level team for prompt resolution
Experience with domestic and international travel arrangements
Deep familiarity with Gmail, Google Docs, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to remain very organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability coordinate tasks with remote employees and remote managers
What You’ll Be Doing With Us:
Providing day-to-day support to CEO, CMO, and management team
Complex calendar management for busy C-level team
Book domestic and foreign travel week to week
Adhoc project coordination: calling vendors, booking services, hotel room blocks, etc.
Managing database of professional contacts (e.g. emails, phone numbers, LinkedIn, etc.)
Compiling/transcribing meeting notes and notes for various projects
Compiling expense reports for C-level team
Managing packages/shipments for multiple offices
Booking and managing all aspects of internal and external meetings
When You’ll Need To Be Available:
Minimum 40 hours a week in our Boston office. Position available immediately.
