Before Level Ex, he was CEO of the leading independent game publisher for Hollywood movies, FTX Games (acquired by PTEC in 2016), releasing blockbuster titles like Hunger Games and Mission: Impossible. Sam also led the DirectX team at Microsoft. His career began at LucasArts creating Star Wars games. Sam serves on numerous tech advisory boards and is a sought-after, international speaker for his provocative topics on video games and healthcare.

Genevieve leads strategy, commercialization, and marketing functions, and is a member of the Board of Directors at Level Ex. Her 20 year career includes launching popular tech and health products, including six years at top health brand, WebMD. At WebMD, she was the head of HCP marketing for the Medscape platform, growing their membership to 10 million healthcare professionals, launching their medical app to #1, and delivering $350M+ in annual ad revenues. In 2018, Genevieve was inducted into MM&M’s Hall of Femme, being recognized as a standout female leader in healthcare.
Chief Operating Officer
Jason brings over 20 years of senior operations, product, and strategy experience to Level Ex—leading operations functions supporting the company’s robust growth. Previously, Jason was SVP, Product at Uptake, leading commercial application product lines and managing large product and operations teams. Jason has held leadership roles at numerous technology, games, and entertainment companies, including Redbox, Motorola, Syniverse, Intel, and Ubisoft. He also co-founded PlayFirst, a venture-backed video game startup best known for the Diner Dash franchise.
Eric Gantwerker, MD, MMSc, FACS
VP, Medical Director
Eric is a practicing ENT surgeon at Loyola, specializing in reconstructing airways of pediatric patients. At Level Ex, he leads the company’s medical strategy, directs CME development, conducts efficacy studies, and manages the company’s 100+ physician advisory council and relationships with institutions. Eric specializes in applying emerging technology in medical education, holding an MMSc in Medical Education from Harvard and a MS in Physiology/Biophysics from Georgetown.
SVP, Partnerships, Technology & Emerging Markets
Todd leads technology/platform provider relationships across the company. He joins Level Ex after 14 years with the iconic Atari where he served as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing business development, marketing, and operations. Over his career, he has specialized in fostering top-tier industry relationships, skyrocketing revenue, and increasing brand recognition and market share. Prior to Atari, he held executive roles in entertainment—managing and live touring with multi-platinum artists—then transitioning to the finance and merchandising.
SVP, Business Development, Pharmaceutical & Medical Devices
Joe leads the sales team, fostering strategic partnerships between Level Ex and global life sciences and medtech companies. He brings decades of sales leadership experience to the company, previously serving in sales leadership roles at WebMD for over 15 years, and more recently at MyHealthTeams, where he managed an impressive portfolio of top pharmaceutical brands. He also held sales and strategy roles at Eli Lilly, Shire, and The Alexander Group.
